General Terms of Sale

These General Terms of Sale (GTS) apply to all sales of services offered by Inoveo3D, as well as digital services (subscriptions and Spot'in 360 publication) available on the My360 platform.

By placing an order, the client fully accepts these GTS without reservation.

Field services (360° shooting, processing, delivery) are payable by bank transfer, check, cash, or PayPal. Spot'in 360 subscriptions and publications are paid exclusively online via credit card (Stripe).

No physical credit card payment is possible. Invoices are issued by Inoveo3D upon request.

Services are generally delivered between 24h and 72h after completion (including photo retouching if necessary). The client is notified by email upon delivery.

Once deliverables are transmitted, no claim or refund can be demanded.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, no right of withdrawal applies once the service is fully executed or the digital service is activated.

Payment constitutes a firm and final commitment. No refund is provided after delivery or publication.

The client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (texts, addresses, photos). They may request occasional modifications (limited to 2 or 3).

Inoveo3D reserves the right to refuse abusive or repeated modifications without justification.

Any order may be cancelled before the performance of the service free of charge. If the service has been performed but not delivered, it remains due.

No cancellation can be invoked after execution, even in case of non-use of files by the client.

As part of the ZEN pack, Inoveo3D hosts the scenes and provides an iframe/URL link. Visibility duration is between 3 and 6 months depending on the chosen offer.

After this period, access may be suspended unless renewed or a paid option is subscribed to.

Software tools, interfaces, and solutions developed by Inoveo3D remain the exclusive property of the company. The client obtains a limited usage right on the delivered scenes or files, unless stated otherwise in contract.

No software property transfer is operated without a dedicated contract.

Inoveo3D strives to ensure continuous access to its platform. However, interruptions for maintenance or technical incidents may occur without notice.

No compensation will be due in case of temporary unavailability or bugs.

Field services are currently offered only in the PACA region. Digital services are accessible from France, Spain, and all Eurozone countries.

These GTS are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Grasse (06) will have exclusive jurisdiction.
